Service Description

Our End of Lease Treatment is essentially a Pest Treatment to the property for Fleas and Mites as per requirements of Real Estate Agencies/Landlords. Carpet cleaning must be completed at least 2 hours prior to the Pest Treatment. The property must be empty of all furniture, belongings and pets. If you are leaving the keys to the property in a safe place please advise in the comments or TXT details to 0449 722 819. Once completed we will forward the required documentation to you so that you can provide it to your Real Estate/Body Corporate. *Only available within service areas ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ IMPORTANT information in relation to key collection: Please ensure your property manager/real estate are aware Core Pest Solutions will be collecting the keys to the property to carry out required Pest Control. Please ensure the collection details (location of real estate and property managers name) are in the additional comments field when booking.

Cancellation Policy

* Cancellations or rescheduling would be appreciated at least 24 hours prior to your booked Pest Treatment * If weather conditions are not favorable we will reschedule your treatment. You will be notified by TXT, e-mail or a phone call
