General Pest Treatment booked in? Important information you need to know pre and post treatment
Before we arrive! Pre-treatment recommendations to ensure you get the most out of your General Pest Treatment and warranty
Allow as much access to the floor/skirting boards as possible
Clean your house thoroughly
Trim plants growing against your house
Mow the lawn around the house
While we are there! Recommendations and instructions during your treatment for people and pets
It is strongly recommended that you are not inside your home while the treatment is being carried out and that you stay away for 2 hours to allow the treatment to dry. If a member of your household is pregnant please ensure you inform us prior to booking a treatment
Birds must be covered and moved to a safe area outside away from any areas we will be treating. Fish tanks and fish ponds (outside or inside) must be completely covered​. Dogs and Cats to ideally be removed during the treatment or be prepare to have them safely inside while we treat outside. If you have any other pets please let us know prior to treatment so that we can advise the safest option
Once we have gone! Post-treatment information and recommendations to ensure you get the most out of your pest control and warranty
You may see a few pests over the next 4 weeks. This is called a flush out period
Please refrain from cleaning (vacuuming or mopping) for at least 3 days
Do not remove existing spiders webs for at least 4 weeks
